This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order is processed and delivered. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation when your order is placed and another with tracking once it ships.
Shipping cost
We offer free insured shipping on all orders.
Delivery estimates
- Domestic: approximately 5–12 business days after dispatch.
- International: delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.
Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and customs can affect arrival times.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating.
Customs, duties & taxes (international)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
All shipments are insured. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date and we'll help make it right.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment (additional charges may apply).
